Once an order has been placed and the order is complete it cannot be cancelled or changed. 

Return Policy:
Pluss Corporation offers a 60 day Conditional Return Policy on PTM software purchases.  In the event that you return the ES software suite or a related software package within 60 days of the date of purchase, under an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number as issued from Pluss Corporation, we will refund the full amount of your software product less a 10% restocking fee.  In the even that you return the software after 60 days and under 90 days and/or without a proper RMA, we will charge back a 50% restock fee along with any additional fees that may be applicable.  Any unauthorized returns after 90 days are refundable only at the manufacturers discretion.  Pluss Corporation offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee if the software package has NOT been opened and is in like new and saleable condition.  (shipping/handling/C.O.D charges are non-refundable and Pluss Corporation will not accept C.O.D on return shipping).

Printed materials cannot be returned.  Any and all Services, Education, of Support (either on disk or via telephone or internet or any other source) provided prior to the return of the PTM software are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.  ALL unused funds that you may have paid on account or is stored in your business services account will be refunded after the return of the PTM software.
